2. Shipping Destinations: We currently ship within Canada only, excluding P.O. boxes and international addresses.

3. Shipping Timeframes: Once your order is confirmed and payment is verified, we'll process it usually within 5 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.

4. Shipping Charges: Enjoy free shipping on orders totaling $100 CAD or more (before taxes). For orders below $100 CAD, a flat fee of $20 CAD applies. 

5. Tracking: After shipping, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your delivery's progress.

6. Modifications and Cancellations: Contact us promptly if you need to modify or cancel your order. Changes may not be possible once the order is shipped.
